I had my vehicle to another shop in Lethbridge that is quite reputable and promised me great things. Firstly they sold me items not needed and not really applicable to my truck. Secondly, after spending a bunch of money, and not getting the results they promised, they tried to tell me I now needed a new high stall torque converter, and likely a new cam shaft to see the full benefits of an ecm tune. This was never discussed in the beginning and I've had more than a few custom tuned ecms in the past. After speaking with Josh, and sending him a few videos of my concern, he quickly identified the issue to most likely be a programming concern. I dropped my Yukon off and within a few hours they had the problem solved and my vehicle now drives exactly how I wanted it! Lesson learned on my part, and a lengthy post, but I hope other read this before they waste money else where. These guys are very knowledgeable in the LS world and know what they are doing vs just selling a bunch of parts! Im so thankful Ride Ready exists and that Lethbridge has other options to chose from rather than other so called tuners.

They fit me in right away, even without an appointment, and took care of my bummed tire quickly. The staff was friendly, efficient, and even had the sweetest puppy to hangout with while I waited! They also took extra special care of my car when thunder storms were coming through by keeping my car inside and working around it.
